AMICADE contains Amikacin Sulphate, a potent aminoglycoside antibiotic effective against a wide range of bacteria, including resistant strains. It is widely used in the treatment of infections of the lungs, urinary tract, abdomen, skin, bones, joints, and blood. Due to its powerful antibacterial activity, it is often reserved for serious infections where other antibiotics may not work. It is administered under medical supervision, usually in a hospital or clinical setting.
